PASIGHAT, Mar 21: Organised by the 22 AP Bn NCC, Pasighat under command Lt 
Col MS Nijjar, a weeklong Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-109) was 
concluded on Saturday night (March-19) at the Sainik School campus, Niglok with a 
positive note. 150 NCC cadets (SD/SW) of colleges from Basar, Aalo, Roing, Tezu, 
and Pasighat participated to imbibe NCC training and to get prepared for the coming 
‘B’ & ‘C’ certificate examination this year. During the camp the cadets were trained in 
drill, field craft, battle craft, map reading, weapon training and rifle firing. 
The closing ceremony was graced by the East SP Sumit Kumar Jha, Commandant 
of 5th IRBn, Aishwarya Sharma and Principal of Sainik School Commander Praveen Kumar Pola. NCC cadets presented a beautiful cultural programme during the closing ceremony and prizes were given away to the winners by the dignitaries.SP Sumit Jha addressed NCC cadets and motivated them by sharing his 
experiences as a former NCC cadet referring his school days. The event was concluded by vote of thanks from Lt Col MS Nijjar, Commanding Officer 22 AP Bn NCC, Pasighat Thereafter, Aishwarya Sharma, Commandant 5
th IRBN lit the camp fire and declared the culmination of the event.
