PASIGHAT, Jan.12: A warm farewell was accorded to outgoing East Siang DC, Dr.Kinny Singh, IAS, by the officials & staff of DC Office today at DC Conference Hall.
The outgoing DC, Dr. Kinny Singh, extended her warm gratitude to the people of East Siang, elected representatives, all administrative officers, East Siang Police, HoDs, Staff, PRI members, Councillors & members of Pasighat Municipal Corporation(PMC),CBOs, NGOs, Central bodies & all stakeholders for the support & cooperation during her tenure as Team East Siang. She urged them to continue to work with the same team spirit under the leadership of incoming New DC. Together we have successfully conducted Assembly, Municipal & Panchayat elections, events of National & State level , Covid management & achieved many developmental goals in the district by working with team spirit.
ADC Hq , Taddo Borang, in his speech spoke on the contribution & innovative initiatives made by the outgoing DC in developmental spheres for the district , infusing vigor & fresh ideas under her inspiring leadership. Her tenure will be always remembered for innovative Administration with humane approach. Officers & Staff who also spoke on the occasion thanked the outgoing DC for her guidance & able administration. All speakers extended her best wishes for her new assignment in NCR, New Delhi.
